Refund Policy

Processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The $200 processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Camper has until July 1st to receive full refund minus processing fee

• After .July 1st campers will only receive a refund if presented with an injury that will prevent participation. Medical documentations must be presented.

• RELEASE OF LIABILITY, MEDICAL AND MEDIA AUTHORIZATION   I hereby release Classic Events USA, CAR gymnastics, Krystal Resort and all it's owners, employees, volunteers, or agents from any and all liability or claims relating to any bodily injury or property damage that may be sustained by the camper while attending and participating in The Cancun Gymnastics Camp and during all transportation to and from the Camp.

• I hereby authorize and give my consent to the staff of the Classic Events USA to act on my behalf to secure medical treatment for the administration of all emergency medical, emergency surgical, and non-emergency medical treatment that may be necessary in connection with the camper’s participation.  I understand that if medical treatment is necessary, an attempt will be made to contact me.   In the event that I cannot be reached,

• I hereby give consent to such treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed health care professional.

• I agree to purchase the mandatory medical travel insurance provided by the carrying airline I will be using and beyond that I assume all costs related to any medical condition for the camper here registered.  I understand that I will be solely responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with attendance at this meet.  Such charges include, but are not limited to, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, out of network, out of country restrictions and any and all costs not covered by health insurance  

• I authorize the disclosure of medical information to Classic Events USA and to the insured company I have purchase for the purpose of the participation of Camper here registered for the purpose of any claim.  (Each register gymnast must provide his/her own health insurance besides the travel insurance.) 

• I hereby give my consent to use the likeness and/or name/identity of the above named registered gymnast for purposes of promotional materials or any other type of media produced and/or published by Classic Events USA and its affiliates.
